Today we worked with Lidar data from Western North Carolina. We downloaded sunlight data from the state dot website. I have included some of the maps that I did of Madison County.

GIS 111 9/28/07
This was a good class on aligning a map of an unknown coordinate system with a map of a known coordinate system. We also learned how to on-screen digitize a map of Bent Creek Trails that our instructor frequents . Pete must enjoy the outdoors although I don't know how he finds the time. I have included some of the maps of this assignment.
